Introducing the P.M.A.D theorem in which Bri’s intuition and higher self get to be in charge, and her rational brain takes a backseat. The agenda, orchestrated from the part of Bri that doesn’t exactly exist in a body, is not in any way a hi-jack situation, or one that causes control or stress. In fact, the purpose is the opposite. Similar to what some might call “mindfulness”, P.M.A.D carves out significant, unapologetic time during the day for deep and distraction-free meditation. The agenda encourages altering meditation practices based on intuitive or inner listening, so for example, honoring her somatic and physical needs. Deep breaths feel like too much? Just take one or two. Clothes are annoying on the skin? Take them off. Chest needs a hand placed over it? Do it, for as long as feels good. During this time, it’s likely that daily anxieties will surface. According to the agenda of the higher-self, Bri incarnate will be reassured during this time with a gentle, steady approach. Anxieties will never be exasperated or ruminated on, but also won’t be ignored or simply pushed away with breath. The channel for inner communication will become crystal clear; think of quality time that feels deeply restorative.
As scribed in the last post, Bri is seeking more spiritual depth and experience. We strongly feel that the P.M.A.D theorem will foster deep connection and allow time and space for revelation. Bri is often more in touch with her intuition than she realizes, hence the “inspired mode” she takes on in her writings and endeavors. P.M.A.D might also encourage new learnings from intuitively chosen teachers and sources. A mix of learning and meditative space will allow teachings to integrate.
Warm wishes
